If I'm not posting it on Facebook, it doesn't mean I'm not doing something about it.
The reason I don't is, I know myself. I'm working out one week and would not the next week.
My routine is sporadic, that's why my progress is also slow. I'd binge in Frito's Chili Cheese for two weeks and then feel guilty about it the next. I'd eat 6 bars of Cadbury chocolates one week and avoid it the next.
I have to find my balance. It's not easy when everything I need and want is within reach. It doesn't help either when everything I ask of my husband, he delivers.
