Delinquent

So sad :( I did my continuing education last January. I knew something was missing. I paid my state license at the same time. I forgot I had to log my CE's to the certification board. My manager reminded me about my certificate today. I was so devastated. I logged my CE's tonight, instead of paying the usual amount, I paid double, maybe because I'm a delinquent :(
