I've been trying to eat healthier food these days. I didn't know which yogurt to choose, I didn't want to get yoplait. I knew that's too sweet for me.
I was torn between Chobani and Greek Gods yogurt. To be honest, when you're at the dairy section, you wouldn't know what to get. There's just so many! My husband said, he's heard that a lot of people use Chobani. That it was the healthier choice. I looked at the back and they almost had similar sugar content. So we bought both.
After a week of eating them. I've decided that my palette likes Greek Gods yogurt better. Chobani leaves me with a bitter after taste. My husband said, that's how yogurt are supposed to taste like. He's right, it may be the healthier option for me. But I want something I can tolerate when I start to munch on it. Especially if I want to have yogurt for breakfast for the next few months.
I noticed that my metabolism has improved tremendously. I don't feel bloated and I feel full. :)
