We visited the Governor's Mansion in Sacramento today.. We were so lucky, we were the only ones there around that time. The person that assisted us with the tour was very knowledgeable. The experience was like walking through history. He made us feel we were going to stay in the mansion together with Governor Brown. No one has lived there since the Reagans left the mansion in the 70's. We remember Hearst Castle when looking at the bedrooms and living rooms. If you live in Sacramento, you should never miss an opportunity to check out the place.
Later this afternoon, I've decided to try and bake asparagus wrapped in bacon. I also bought more salmon. I've always loved salmon, whenever we were in a fancy restaurant.. That's what I always order aside from sea bass. My husband is a meat eater, but that will change. Yohan and my husband are just going to have to eat a lot more fish.
See the photo below of those white trees, I just don't know the name of it. But they were so beautiful in this 76 degree weather.
