Open Pit Thick and Tangy Barbecue Pork Ribs

I like honey barbecue sauce for anything grilled or barbecued. Now, I have a new favorite. The first time I tried using Open Pit Brown and Sugar Spice was two weeks ago, when I didn't have enough time to prepare for my husband's pack lunch. So, after he left for work I tossed whatever I had in the pantry/ fridge and put it in the oven. I threw in some pineapple chunks. I ended up with chicken pineapple in Open Pit Barbecue sauce. It was good. When my husband got home, he thought somebody else cooked it. I took it as a compliment. He loved it! So I put it in my shopping list.

Last night, I marinated this pork ribs with this sauce. My husband was pleased. All thanks to the sauce. It wouldn't have tasted this good if not for it. I didn't put anything else, well except for pepper :) It was appetizing and flavorful! Try it. We love it! I'd say it's really delectable.

No filter:

left side pork, I wrapped with a foil before putting in the oven..

Right side pork, just straight to the baking pan. I don't have a grill pan. Baked at 350 F for one hour. Marinated with Open Pit Brown and Sugar Spice barbecue sauce.
