I Work In The Yard

Our Community Team leader visited our site yesterday. It was my first time meeting him. We shook hands and introduced ourselves. His first reaction was about the feel of my hands. They were rough. " wow, you work in the yard?" He asked. I told him, " I just had lunch and washed my hands, we should keep lotions back here in the pharmacy :)"

Then we talked about my drive time and what roads I take. He seemed like he genuinely liked my rough hands. It was as if he was thinking " I have a hardworking employee here". So for the first time, I'm glad I didn't have a lotion with me.
