Yohan: Mommy, This Is The Happiest Day(s) Of My Life

This trip is so special. It's our 11th anniversary. And in this trip we are DEBT FREE! (Well excluding our car payments,  we wouldn't have bought it if it's not necessary) We booked for this trip end of December 2014. Then we renewed all our passports one by one.. Renewing is costly but we were able to manage it.

When we go on trips, I always plan it. This time it was Jeff's idea to go on a cruise.  I'd say "what a wonderful idea!". I know, this is not going to be the last. I wish we could do it with my brother-in-law and friends next time or even my in-laws.

Mga bagong gising. At the ship's upper deck.
Last day, before we disembark..mga Siopao na kami. Super delicious ng food.
Last pic I asked Yohan to take if us. I always say "please Yohan, it's our anniversary."
Yohan: is your anniversary forever?
Because I've been saying it since Friday. Hehehe. Pilosopo
Taken before we embark. Notice medyo payat pa kami ni Jeff. Hehe.
Worth the $12 gratuity everyday. Per person.
Escargot
Buffet at the Lido deck. Waiting for dinner. This has a more relaxed vibe. Because dinner at  Mardi Gras was fancier. The ambience imbibe more of a classier dinner and like it's created for the aristocrats. And I enjoyed every minute of it! :) so every night, we dined at Mardi Gras :)
Todo smile kami before this. Kaso ang tagal ni Yohan. Kaya yan ang result.
Taken before we went on Cheese/Wine Tour in Ensenada Mexico.. This tour is fairly new, about 8 months. It has so much potential. They added this your because of Carnival's CEO. He was so satisfied with his experience and added it recently. The tour guides don't work for Carnival. They work for the Cheese/Wine cellar restaurant. They make their own cheese, milk.. Lots of German cows there..

Server: sangria?
Me: (thinking, it's 2 PM) I'm fine
Jeff: you're in Mexico!
Me: ok, why not?!

Alligator fritters. Anyone?
Always seated with an ocean view ;)

While waiting for the tour guide.

Ensenada , Mexico

At the ranch

On our way back

Trying out 7 kinds of cheese. From 0-3 months up to a year. 6 month cheese is my fave. Kinda tastes like queso de bola.

Portabello mushroom! fresh cheese! authentic quesadilla, fresh lemonade (calamansi?) and sangria :)

Thanks for taking this pic honey. I love it.

Parang mahinhin ako dito a.

Dinner, our last night. At Mardi Gras.

Someone's enjoying.

Second part of the tour.

I think my husband was taking a pic of my sombrero. And nope, we didn't buy it in Mexico. I brought it with me. Hehe. We bought it in Vegas on our vacation last year.

Preparing for dinner, I was so glad I changed clothes and fixed my hair again. Because we had our portraits taken right after we stepped out of our cabin. We were led to the ship's stairs where it was held. We felt like celebrities, I tell you. What an experience!

Little did she know we'd come back for another swim. I'm glad I brought her two bathing suits.

Well, that's me holding Yohan's hands for support. I had to try the slides. My husband said I was the ONLY person who screamed as I was going down. Now I feel embarrassed. Looks like I was the only adult who tried it at that time. Well, I have the same height as those kids so no biggie.

The water was so cold. Even though it was so sunny, we were at sea! It was so windy.

Second attempt! Me likey. I wish it wasn't that cold though.

Yohan's banana split
Volcano melting cake
Cappuccino, latte ( the only things we paid for inside Mardi Gras restaurant. Ow and sparkling water.) I must confess I had indigestion, twice. The Tums I bought were for Jeff. Ow my gosh, I was the only one who took it.. I was so stuffed. I felt like I was bursting. The second night I hurriedly went back to the cabin because I felt nauseated from too much eating. Took tums and fell asleep like that. Hehehe..we will definitely do this again. :) one of our best vacations ever. I didn't have to worry about bills. We'll just have to work hard so we can experience this again :)
