Beautiful

I was reading a fanfic on the couch after folding all the clothes when Jeff appeared from the kitchen and said "Honey, you're beautiful. You're so beautiful ".

I was a bit self-conscious when he said that. I'm glad my husband never gets tired of appreciating me. During breakfast he told me he's glad I'm not like the other girls Who constantly wears make-up with matching hand gestures like someone applying make-up while saying it. He had the audacity to tell me that if I were, we wouldn't have been together.

Again, being beautiful on the outside is not the most important thing. It's being beautiful on the inside that matters. But these are husband and wife conversations. Giving compliments to one another build a healthy relationship.
