What I thought last Saturday

I haven't been inside a gym in years! My boss invited me for her friends and family work out day. I don't regret a single bit. What a work out! I just wish I'm as dedicated and committed as her.
I also think I have to change my mindset. I think I don't need a total body work out. I always think the areas I need to improve on are just my tummy, and thighs. I haven't fully grasped the holistic importance of a good exercise.
So until I don't have the correct thinking and attitude I won't be able to commit like my boss does.
Anyway, I can't wait for Harry Styles' tour to start. I'll be motivated to just do cardio while watching him on videos. That's enough motivation for me.

What I thought yesterday
I said I'm not in the mood to exercise. I've been seeing all my throwback pics in bikinis and I'm like I don't want them to be just throwbacks. So I was inspired to do something about it. I discovered a fun way to workout. I was so happy with it. I told my friends and a coworker to join me. Best part? We don't even have to go to the gym!
P.S. I usually wear medium but because I'm motivated I'm feeling positive, so I wore a size small. It's a little tight around the waist. I know It's going to fit real soon. Fingers crossed ;)
