":Jeff and I were tickling each other this morning like love crazed teenagers. Yohan didn't want to miss out the fun and decided to join us, and so we tickled her relentlessly. When she finally squealed "stop mommy" we did. Then with her naughty grin and knowing eyes she raised both her arms and with high pitched scream blurted "IT'S MY TURN!". You know what happened next."

"Yohan-ism: I missed the turn coming from the Pediatric Grp going to Macy's on Hwy 1. I said "ow no!" Yohan : what's wrong mommy? Me: I missed the turn Yohan: why don't you turn around? Me: (I laughed so hard, bec it was impossible to do at that time) She must have noticed we were on Hwy 1 then bec I didn't look frantic anymore. Yohan: We did it mommy! Good job!, I could not explain my happiness."

:I'm wearing Jeff's shirt today. Please understand that Yohan is having a hard time pronouncing the letters "L" and "R". Yohan admired my shirt and said "nice shit". So I told her it's a "t-shirt". Then she said "nice t-shit". Now it sounds much better. Does it? Hehehe."

This is an exciting day. Yohan saw our rocking chair in our bedroom and said "grandma, grandma, ow no grandma is missing ". Funny how kids correlate a simple rocking chair to an elderly."

":I saw my old dvd of Little Einstein, Yohan is watching it now. They showed animals, she mimicked the sound of all the animals. When it came to the rooster she made the "tiktilaok" sound. I laughed so hard. Hehehehe."
:Yohan-ism: Jeff got home from work, kissed me and went straight to the bathroom. Yohan ran so fast and screamed: "Open the door! Open the door! I go potty! (while banging the door) " Super funny scene.. hehehe, I've been asking her if she wanted to go. She decided when her papa was using the bathroom. ayayay!"
:I was helping Yohan put on her slippers and I didn't do it right. Sumabit sabit ang daliri nya sa paa. She said "ooops fingers" Then she said "ayy toes" then laughed. So I said yes "these are your toes, and these are your fingers". She then asked "what's this mommy? What's this?" Ahmm "that's your talampakan" ;) Dami tanong. Ano nga ba yun?"
:I hugged and kissed Yohan and told her 'I love you baby". She said " I'm not baby, I'm Yohan" So I said "You're my baby" :)"
:It amazes me how kids adapt quickly. Before Yohan would say "I'm happy mommy or I'm hungry". Now she uses an adverb. "I'm SO hungry, I'm SO happy mommy". I still remember those early days when she only utters one word like "hungwee" :) Now she asks so many questions "what's this mommy? What's that?" I love being a mommy."
:Yohan threw a fit inside the tram coz I wanted her to stay seated in her stroller. To distract her I said "WOW! Is that a castle?" Me, pertaining to Excalibur Hotel. She said "NO! BIG castle. Everyone inside laughed when they were so quiet when she was throwing a tantrum. Kelangan may adjective? Hehe."
"Happy Birthday Yohan Nimue. Thank you for teaching your mommy how to be a better parent. Thank you for teaching me vocabulary I neglect to use, songs I didn't learn when I was young, for hugging me when I'm angry, for saying "I love you" when I need it most. I love you more."

Good morning! It's 2:40 am. I woke up and wanted to change Yohan's diaper. Yes, after eating from a Japanese restaurant we all went straight to bed. Tsktsk. What? Who do you call pigs? Hehe. Anyway, as I was changing her, she said " I want pull ups" hay, kids these days. They say what they want. :)"
":Yohan cracks me up. We were talking to my in laws via skype using my hubby's desktop and were having troubles with his webcam. So I asked "Yohan, can you pls give me my laptop?" She said "it's too heavy mama, it's on the table" sabay turo. Hehehe. In short. Ako kumuha, hehe."
:Awww. Yohan's so sweet. Jeff was telling me that when they were at the mall Yohan kept saying "mama is missing, where's mama?" Then when they were at the ice cream parlor, she kept pointing at my usual seat and saying "mama's missing."

I looked closely and she was holding Sidney Sheldon's "The Stars Shine Down" with LOTS of stars on the cover. Kaya naman pala, twinkle, twinkle nga naman. Hehe."

:You know how our kids think we're so smart cuz we have all the answers to their questions? And it makes you feel so good when you provide them answers. Well today Yohan was pointing at a circular object rotating, with red, white and blue colors. It was outside a barber shop. I don't know what it's called. Do you? Hehe. "Potty training for the last 3 days have been surprisingly successful. :) Today is the best day so far, it's 3:54 pm and not once I put her on diapers, I lost count of the #of times she went. I didn't have to ask her. She approaches me. Sweet! Ow no! We just bought 144 pcs of huggies from Costco :( uh ow."
"My routine changed in almost a year. LY Yohan and I were always at a cupcake shop trying on different flavors. Then we'd stay at the park or my museum. Now,either we're at the bookstore or looking for bubbles or eating a pretzeldog at the mall.I used to carry her when we do the laundry outside, now I let her carry the detergent and coins. I used to have my own sbx frap, now she grabs mine and I end up with nothing
