Divine Intervention

Third run in with the police (meter maid, well, still a parking enforcement officer) today. I asked the officer if I could stay in the car for the 90 minute parking. She said yes Then when she saw me walking in my car, she blurted "ow this is your car? I was about to issue a ticket" (because I didn't follow the cross lines allotted for cars) I was hysterical.
Jonah: "yes, it's my car. Am I going to get a ticket?" ( I was on the verge of crying)
Meter maid: no, I will not give you a ticket.
Jonah: ow, thank you so much officer.
Meter maid: (nodded) but you're gonna have to move your car ok?
Jonah: yes, thank you :)
(she picked up prescriptions in our pharmacy before, I'm glad I was nice to almost everyone and to her.It was my good karma.)
Three times, I've almost been issued tickets. I'm so happy :) I can still say I've never had a ticket in my life. Boy, I wish my luck won't run out.

This morning I stopped on a yellow light, I knew it's about to turn red pretty quickly. I didn't realize the car behind me was coming on too fast , he must have thought I was going to continue driving before it turns red.Which I do most of the time. I thank God for protecting me and giving the other driver the presence of mind. He quickly pressed his brakes and maneuvered to the lane next to me so he wont hit me. While driving I was just praying the whole time and was thanking God , for he kept both of us safe.
