Greek Yogurt for Breakfast

I have been eating Greek yogurt for a week now. I haven't lost a single pound. But I feel good, my metabolism had improved greatly. I feel full, for some reason, I feel I'm happier. Hehehe... My serotonin level is high. Must be the fruits? What do you normally eat for breakfast?
