Then I saw this Krusteaz easy to prepare lemon bar supreme mix in the pantry. I bought this on sale, I couldn't remember where. It must have been from Walmart. I have been putting off making this. I've had this for weeks. Maybe over a month now. I wish you could smell it now, because it smells like a freakin real lemon. I tried it and it tasted as good as it smelled. It was pleasingly sweet. The lemon flavor was so dominant. It makes you feel you already tasted it by just mere scent. It was phenomenal. I partnered it with my Jade green tea from Teavana.
My me time brought so much memories. I've listened to the songs from the nineties. Have you ever liked the song "The Sign" by Ace of Base? I know, I liked it during the 90's. I've heard some Gin Blossoms. How about "I Don't Wanna Wait" by Paula Cole? Dawson, Joey and Pacey, anyone? ;) This was the time I was so infatuated with a DJ from Monster Radio Rx 93.1, it was DJ Mike something. I forgot his last name. But he played "Weak" every time he signed off. Then of course Chico and Del. I really wanted them to end up together.
Anyway, I checked the forecast. It's going to be a lovely week. I'm looking forward to spending time with Jeff and Yohan at The Discovery Museum and with Jeff at the Governor's Mansion.
