The other day: 

Jeff and Yohan gave me cards last night. I have a late shift today so I won't be able to cook later. So I decided to cook this morning before work. I put it in the microwave so Jeff would be surprised when he sees it when he gets home. 

It's just chickpea pasta and Alfredo sauce with parmesan, I added ground beef too for protein.
